Q. What is the cut off time for web or phone orders?
A. Our cut off time is by 3pm the day prior to your scheduled delivery day

A. No. We can deliver and leave order in a secure location of choice simply let us know at the time you place your order. Please note that it must be easily accessible for the driver to place order at

Q. What is your policy on damage goods or missing items?
A. Regrettably, due to the nature of fresh fruit or vegetables we need to be notified within 24hrs of delivery on any damaged stock or missing items. If this occurs, we will deliver free of charge replacements on your next delivery. please forward to info@frootsalad.com.au

Q. When ordering items such as celery, cabbages apples etc, how do I order quantities that I only require
A. Most products allow you to order in quantities other than 1kg or 1 item. For example, if you wanted 500g of Pink Lady Apples, first click on the Pink Lady Apples picture. Then in the qty box type your quantity in decimals i.e. 0.500. The same should apply if you want half a celery or cabbage. Please note that some items will not allow you to do this, such as punnet items, herbs etc.

Q. What are my payment options?
A. There are 3 payment options, Paypal, Credit Card or COD. Please note that COD must be left somewhere secure for the driver to collect if no one is going to be available to pay. Orders may not be left if payment is not made

Q. We'd really love to be able to save our orders is this possible?
A. This is one of the main changes to our new WEBSITE. You can now re order recent orders and also can make any changes as well. You can do this when you log in to “My Account” and on the “Dashboard page you will have a list of recent orders.

Q. With your set pack boxes, can I change some of the items?
A. Froot Salad has various set packs which are frequently changed according to seasons and availability of produce. If you do not like some of the items we will allow for up to 2 changes to the equivalent value ONLY.

Q Is there a delivery fee?
A. FREE DELIVERY for all orders over $30. If you order under $30, there will be a delivery fee of $7

Q Can I set up a weekly or fortnightly repeat orders?
A. Yes you can. Please contact office 1300 737 448 to arrange this.

Q. Where do you source your produce from?
A. We select only the best and freshest produce from the Melbourne Markets and Growers direct.
